Shipping, Exchanges and Returns Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in Canada.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. You can always pick up your products at our store with no shipping fees.
You may exchange or return any product within 30 days of delivery for a different product of the same value or higher, or for a full refund. The sale receipt must accompany the item.
For all orders, shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs back to Pink Lime store address. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to exchange or return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product in question. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
RETURN POLICY SHIPPING
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service at 604 683 7444 (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) and simply return the purchased products within thirty (30) days of the delivery. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.

We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered via Canada Post and that you send your return via Canada Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, and its content rendered unusable, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 604 683 7444 (Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). We will pay for the shipping costs and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
